Convenient location with nearby amenities.
The bathroom was outdated and cramped, making it difficult to move around comfortably. Additionally, the room felt very small, especially with luggage. The service was inconsistent. some staff were friendly, while others were rude and unhelpful. I expected better during my stay and was left quite disappointed by the overall experience.

Ideal for a Solo Traveler
I loved the view of the city from my room. It felt like I was on top of the world, and the 7-Eleven right downstairs made late-night snack runs a breeze.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Perfect location and excellent breakfast
I stayed in a Standard Double Room for 6 nights and loved the fantastic location right across from the station, making it super easy to explore Tokyo. The breakfast buffet was a standout feature, offering a wide variety of delicious options that made every morning enjoyable. The room was cozy and clean, though I think the cleanliness of common areas could be improved a bit.

great location but needs better room service
The location offered fantastic access to local shopping malls and the train station. The staff provided exceptional assistance during our stay, always friendly and eager to help. I particularly enjoyed the view from the elevator area, overlooking the Skytree, which made every ride a little more special.
The room service was infrequent, which was disappointing given the standard I'd expect for such an extended stay.

The location was unbeatable—perfect for visiting the Disney Resort and the SkyTree. Lots of shopping and dining nearby. A great breakfast spread. The modern rooms had nice views and were comfy, ideal for our group.
The only downside was the infrequent room service. Our towels piled up since our room wasn’t cleaned daily, which got a bit messy.

This place always suits me perfectly! I love the free wi-fi and the 24-hour reception. The restaurant is great too! Staff once helped me with a local taxi, which I still remember. Definitely coming back for a new year!

The hotel boasts an excellent location just steps from the subway and JR station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The room was elegant with a lovely city view, perfect for watching the sunset. However, the experience was slightly marred by limited room cleaning services, leading to accumulated towels, and the lounge access being denied post-checkout, which felt uncharacteristically rigid. Despite these drawbacks, the overall ambiance and accessibility make it a great choice.
